Arlington Heights medical offices approved

Arlington Heights trustees approved plans this week for a 26,664-square-foot, single-story building that would include a medical clinic.

Access Community Health will lease a little more than half the building at 1519-1625 S. Arlington Heights Road, while the rest would be available in the future for another two to four tenants, according to John Kosich of the real estate development firm Debb-Kosich LLC.

Trustees agreed to approve rezoning of the vacant 3.86-acre property from residential and institutional uses to office transitional. They also required the developer to enter into an estoppel agreement that would prohibit objection to a special assessment for the potential future construction of a cul-de-sac near homes on the northeast corner of his property.
