MedProperties builds new Edward-Elmhurst office in Elmhurst

WOODRIDGE -- Morgan / Harbour is constructing a new 14,000-square-foot core and shell, mixed-use medical office building at 751-755 N. York Road in Elmhurst behalf of the developer, MedProperties Group. It will be a new Edward-Elmhurst Health location and is expected to be finished by late 2017.

The structural steel and masonry building will sit on a one-acre site. Morgan/Harbour's construction team will be led by Greg Lennartz as project manager and Jim Ritchey as project superintendent. Ware Malcomb is providing the architectural services.

 

Founded in 1994, MedProperties Group is an established medical real estate investment, development and operating firm in Chicago. The team is comprised of senior real estate professionals with institutional backgrounds and health care provider experience. MedProperties Group targets acquisition, development and redevelopment investments in a variety of health care types with a focus on medical office, specialty facilities and life science properties in the Midwest.
