Hoffman Estates hosts art workshop for kids Dec. 3
The Hoffman Estates Youth Commission and the Sears Child Development Center are hosting a holiday painting event for children ages 3 to 5 on Saturday, Dec. 3.
The free workshop "Create! Exploring Emotions Through Art and Music" will take place from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Hoffman Estates village hall, 1900 Hassell Road.
Guests will listen to music, and express a variety of emotions through painting. This class will be led by art therapist Dana Whitt.
Parents will leave with a piece of artwork that they and their child created together.
