CLEVELAND -- With the designated hitter in play for Game 6 of the World Series, Kyle Schwarber returns to the Cubs lineup and will bat second tonight.

Schwarber was 3-for-7 while batting fifth in the order for two games at Progressive Field to open the series, and Cubs manager Joe Maddon has decided to move him up against the Cleveland Indians for Game 6.

 

Jake Arrieta will pitch for the Cubs against Josh Tomlin of Cleveland. (7:08 p.m. FOX).

The Cubs trail the best-of-seven series 3 to 2 and need a win tonight to force a decisive Game 7 on Wednesday.

Game 6 Cubs lineup:

1.) Dexter Fowler, CF

2.) Kyle Schwarber, DH

3.) Kris Bryant, 3B

4.) Anthony Rizzo, 1B

5.) Ben Zobrist, LF

6.) Addison Russell, SS

7.) Willson Contreras, C
