Motorcycle group hosts toy drive

The Lake Shore Harley Owners Group, Chapter 3522 hosts its annual teddy bear drive, to bring Christmas gifts to the children and families of Nicasa, Sunday, Nov. 6. The event begins at 10 a.m. at Lake Shore Harley-Davidson, 14000 Rockland Road in Libertyville, with the loading of the stuffed animals onto a truck. The H.O.G. ride begins at approximately 10:45 a.m., when the motorcycle riders will proceed to Nicasa offices at 2031 Dugdale Ave. in North Chicago. Nicasa is a private partner agency of the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. "This is the 13th year we have been able to share the holidays with youth in care, and we are so proud to be involved," said Manny Casillas of the Lake Shore H.O.G.
