Lovell caregiver resource fair

The Lovell Federal Health Care Center Caregiver Support Program will host a caregiver resource fair from 9 a.m. to noon, Tuesday, Nov. 1. The public is invited to attend. The fair will be in the first floor lobby and on the second floor crosswalk at the valet parking entrance, Building 133EF, of the center, 3001 Green Bay Road, North Chicago. Parking is available in the parking garage, or patients may use the free valet parking. The fair will provide information to caregivers about available resources, and it will educate staff, volunteers and others about the role caregivers play in treatment and recovery of patients. Caregiver resources include support groups at the Lovell main campus and at Lovell's community based outpatient clinics. Many community agencies will attend, including the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Parkinson's Foundation and Alzheimer's Association. For information, contact Pam Rosentreter, at (224) 610-3472.
