In Their Own Words: Temple Chai In Long Grove Hosts Special Holocaust Survivor Series Events October 30 And November 6-13

LONG GROVE - Survivors of the Holocaust will share their exceptional, riveting stories during three Holocaust Survivor Series special events Sunday, October 30 and November 6 and 13 at Temple Chai, 1670 Checker Road, Long Grove. Each of the three events features different speakers and will be held from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.

"Each survivor has a story that will captivate and inspire," said Cathy Schwartz, director of member services. "Survivor stories are not about remarkable people; rather, they are about how remarkable people can be. We are so fortunate to still be able to hear from people who survived the Holocaust. We are keeping the memory alive."
