Stevenson's Radtke making habit of MAC volleyball excellence at NIU

In a sport that involves a lot of momentum, Northern Illinois' Jenna Radtke sure has established some for herself.

For the third consecutive week, the former Stevenson standout garnered accolades from the Mid-American Conference as she was once again named MAC West 'Offensive Player of the Week.'

The honor is her second offensive award of the season and her fourth award of 2016.

While her defense remained stellar, Radtke's offense led the Huskies versus Buffalo and Akron.

She averaged 4.00 kills and 4.81 points per set while hitting .474. Defensively, she recorded 1.12 blocks per set.

In the match against Bulls, Radtke hit .526 while posting 12 kills, 2 service aces and 2 block assists to aid in NIU's three-set triumph.

The senior followed up with a 20-kill night against the Zips to set a new career-high with the effort. Radtke also hit .447 with 7 block assists.

Radtke's feats against Buffalo proved pivotal for Northern Illinois as it rallied back from a 2-1 deficit to win in five sets, 3-2.

The wins gave NIU 11 in a row, tied for the sixth-longest winning streak in program history, which includes a perfect 8-0 clip in the MAC.
