Baby boomers should grow up

Here we are folks, dealing with what we knew was coming; The inevitable moral indignation from the very group who gave us sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll, the baby boomer generation. Spare us the self righteous self serving modesty. We saw you at Woodstock.

All this from the same group who were exultant over electing one of their own in the nineties only to see him and his political machine mercilessly smear his political opponents as well as anyone who dared speak out about his infidelities; Please spare us.

Your double standards are obvious and your lame manipulation of the media will not last forever. The citizenry already sees through your tawdry tactics and while your feigned concern for propriety may seem genuine to many, the veil is thin.

I find the baby boomers moral indignation over the recent indelicate remarks made some years ago to be laughable.

Offensive speech is protected speech. Politically correct speech is censorship.

For a major demographic group like the baby boomers, who cut their teeth on protesting the establishment, they certainly do not appear to be very well established.

How about some whine with that cheese. Grow up for goodness sake.
