Job fair for military veterans Thursday in North Chicago

The Lovell Federal Health Care Center will host a job fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, in Bourke Hall, Building 4 on the campus at 3001 Green Bay Road, North Chicago. Parking in Lot T. The fair is co-sponsored by Lovell's vocational rehabilitation unit and Naval Station Great Lakes Fleet and Family Support Center's Transition Assistance and Family Readiness programs. The event is open to active duty military members, veterans, military retirees, reservists, eligible family members and Department of Defense and VA employees. Jobseekers must have military or family member identification cards or IDs from the Department of Defense or Department of Veterans Affairs. Proof of honorable discharge (DD-214) also accepted.
