COD to Host Cosmetology Information Session in Addison Oct. 18 and 22
College of DuPage will hold two information sessions for the Cosmetology program at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 18, and at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 22, at the College of DuPage Addison Center, 301 S. Swift Road in Addison, Door 14.
Aimed at students who are interested in pursuing an associate's degree or a certificate in Cosmetology, these sessions will provide information about academics, admissions, financial aid, scholarships and services for adult learners, as well as careers and job prospects in cosmetology for all prospective students. The Addison Center has a Cosmetology program salon where students offer hair, color, nail and skin services to the community. A tour of the facility will also be conducted during the session.
