COD to Host 'Astronomy Frontiers' Presentation Oct. 15

College of DuPage will host "Astronomy Frontiers: 25 Years Ago and 25 Years from Now" from 7:30 to 9 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 15, in the Health and Science Center, Room 1234, on the College's Glen Ellyn campus, 425 Fawell Blvd.

This event is free and open to the public.

Presented by Adler Planetarium astronomer Shane Larson, this discussion will examine the rapid changes in astronomy based on the development of new technologies and contemporary scientist's evolving insight into how the universe works.

This event is part of the College of DuPage's STEMinar Series, a group of free presentations related to science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
