CLC hosting engineering night next week

College of Lake County will host an engineering night Thursday, Sept. 29. The free event begins at 5:30 p.m. in the lower level C Wing on the CLC's flagship Grayslake campus, 19351 W. Washington St. From 5:30 to 6:50 p.m., students can mix with professional engineers to learn about disciplines such as civil, electrical, mechanical and chemical. At 7 p.m., keynote speaker Federicao Sciammarella, of the mechanical engineering department at Northern Illinois University will present "How to Join the 3D Printing Revolution." Because of construction, attendees should enter the C Wing entrance on campus' south side and sign in at the lower level outside the auditorium.
