Addison Trail to stage Theatre Alumni Show

Addison Trail High School graduates will take their audience down memory lane later this month when they stage their Theatre Alumni Show.

The show will take center stage at 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, in the school auditorium, 213 N. Lombard Road.

The production features highlights from the school's 50 years of theater performances, with about 25 alumni returning to help coordinate all aspects of the show - from performing, to lighting to backstage crew.

Theater Director Anna Jakubka said the goal is to welcome alumni back and showcase five decades worth of plays and musicals. Audience members also can expect a few surprises, including video messages from key theater alumni and staff, she said.

Tickets are $7 for adults, $5 for students and children ages 3 to 12, $3 with an Activity Pass and free with a District 88 Senior Gold Card.
