Bear Paddle Swim School to open in early 2017 in Lake in the Hills

A new swimming school for tots to teens is coming to the Randall Road corridor.

Early next year, Bear Paddle Swim School is expected to open in Lake in the Hills, on the east side of Randall at 307 Randall Road.

The swim school will occupy a 10,500-square-foot building that currently is under construction just to the north of the old Dominick's grocery store, near the intersection of Randall and Algonquin Roads.

Bear Paddle Swim School specializes in swim lessons for kids of all ages and kids of all swimming abilities.

The school's swimming area is indoors and features lessons year round. When complete, inside you will find a warm saltwater pool with a temperature of 90 degrees making for pleasant swimming and learning conditions.

At Bear Paddle Swim School, there will be classes for kids starting as early as six months of age and going through the teen years.

The classes are divided by age level, as well as ability level.

There are classes for water adjustment, the basic of swimming, flipping to breathe, the fundamentals of swimming, being a swimmer for life and more. The classes will run at all hours of the day, from morning through evening.

The variety and times of classes will depend on the level of the swimmer.

Preregistration for the new swim classes already is underway.

You can find the available classes at www.bearpaddle.com/lake-in-the-hills-il/.

The new Lake in the Hills Bear Paddle location also is expected to have room to host parties.

Bear Paddle has other swim locations in the Chicago area if you would like to check them out before they open in Lake in the Hills.

There are locations in Aurora, Bloomingdale, Woodridge and Orland Park.

Bear Paddle also has locations in Kentucky and Ohio.
