Resurfacing work to begin in Prospect Heights

Construction is scheduled to begin Monday, Sept. 19, to resurface County Club Drive from Rob Roy Lane to Euclid Avenue in Prospect Heights, city officials say.

The project consists of milling the asphalt pavement, street patching, minor sidewalk replacement, asphalt leveling and pavement striping. Weather permitting, the project should take less than two weeks to complete.

Parking along Country Club Drive will not be permitted during construction hours, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Anyone with questions can contact City Engineer Steven D. Berecz at (847) 398-6070, ext. 210.
