NAI Hiffman represents ThermFlo/Zonatherm in build-to-suit project

BUFFALO GROVE - NAI Hiffman recently represented ThermFlo/Zonatherm in the acquisition of a 4.33-acre land site in Corporate Grove Business Park in Buffalo Grove.

The site is currently under construction and will be home to the firm's 42,000-square-foot headquarters, representing the first build-to-suit project in Lake County over the past few years.

ThermFlo/Zonatherm, currently located in Wheeling, focuses on mission-critical thermal management and standby power systems for commercial facilities. Zonatherm Products specializes in the sale of these products and sister company, ThermFlo, Inc., provides product service.

Brad Weiner, Whit Heitman, and Sam Badger, with NAI Hiffman's Industrial Services group, represented ThermFlo/Zonatherm in the transaction. James Planey and Ryan Kehoe of Lee & Associates represented the seller.
