Stevenson 106, Glenbrook North 80: On Tuesday, Morgan Bosse won two individual races and swam on a victorious relay, as the host Patriots won their first dual meet of the season.

Bosse captured the 200-yard freestyle (2:01.03) and 500 freestyle (5:24.11). She also was part of the first-place 200 free relay team with Sasha Kokhan, Iza Pelka and Lucy Stevens (1:44.31). Kathy Xiang won the diving competition (186.30), while Madeleine O'Donnell captured the 100 breaststroke (1:14.74).

SHS also won the 200 medley relay behind Rachel Song, Jessica Lenhart, Danielle Fang and Ashley Carollo (1:51.74). Song had a pair of second-place showings, in the 50 free (25.27) and 100 free (55.15). Pelka was runner-up in the 100 butterfly (1:00.32), Lenhart took second in the 500 free (5:24.76), and Stevens was second in the 100 breaststroke (1:17.05).

Sherry Mestan was runner-up in diving (166.40), while Amelia Eastman and Victoria Kim tied for second in the 100 backstroke (1:06.79). The other second-place finish came from the 400 free relay unit of Carollo, Pelka, Claire Huang and Mila Wawer (3:46.17).
