Warren 2, Prairie Ridge 0: At Grayslake North, Ruben Delgadillo scored the Blue Devils' first goal off an assist from Kevin Penarrieta, and Niko Jokic tallied off an assist from Kody Anderson.
Jeffrey Pioquinto earned the shutout with 2 saves, as Warren improved to 2-0-1.
Crystal Lake South 3, Grayslake North 1: At Grayslake North, Grant Nickolson finished Jack Critzer's pass for the host Knights, who then yielded 3 unanswered goals.
"Tonight we showed some more positives that we will look to build upon throughout the season," said Grayslake North coach Adam DeCaluwe, whose team fell to 0-2. "In the second half we showed some more signs of potentially taking the lead again, but struggled to find the finishing touch. CLS then scored two goals in quick succession that we simply couldn't recover from, despite us putting them under increasing pressure."
Racine Park 5, Antioch 2: The Sequoits surrendered a pair of quick goals and trailed 4-0 at halftime.
Sebastian Scofield scored both of Antioch's goals, while Zach Espitia and Peter Boeh had assists.
The Sequoits (1-2) outshot Racine Park 22-10.
Round Lake 5, Deerfield 1: At Lake Forest, the Panthers advanced to the fifth-place game of the North Shore Shootout. They will play Lakes at 10 a.m. Saturday.
Lakes 3, Highland Park 2: At Lake Forest, the Eagles advanced to the fifth-place game of the North Shore Shootout. They will play Round Lake at 10 a.m. Saturday.
