Sign up for well and septic homeowner's seminar

Are you a homeowner with a well and/or septic system? Have you ever wondered how these systems work? Do you know what maintenance has to be performed so that they function properly? Do you know what type of septic system you have?

For the answers to these questions and more, please come to the annual Kane County Health Department's Well and Septic Homeowner's Seminar at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, at the University of Illinois Extension office, 535 S. Randall Road, St. Charles.

Check-in and display viewing begins at 5:45 p.m.

Attendance is free, but space is limited so they ask that you register in advance.

If you would like to attend, register by calling the Kane County Environmental Health Services office at (630) 444-3040. Please RSVP by Monday, Sept. 19.

One water well test kit will be provided to each household at no charge.
