Celebrate new-look of Round Lake High

Community members and others are invited to celebrate the renovation and expansion of Round Lake High School. Officials from Round Lake Area Unit District 116 said a ribbon-cutting ceremony and other festivities are set from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 29. Highlights include 24 new classrooms, a courtyard, renovated cafeteria, stairs for students to gather and four science, technology, engineering and mathematics laboratories. Voters approved the $29 million project in November 2014.
