Learjet renews lease in Des Plaines

Itasca-based Learjet Inc., a jet company, said it renewed its 333,988-square foot lease at 251 Wille Road in Des Plaines. "We are delighted to continue meeting the needs of Learjet as they have been an exceptional client for us," said Patrick Shannon, vice president of ML Realty Partners, which handled the transaction. "We are pleased that the property's strong location within proximity to O'Hare International Airport benefits the well-known aircraft industry leader."

ML Realty Partners is a long-term industrial real estate investor in the Central United States. The firm acquires existing industrial properties and creates new developments throughout the region.
