Lincolnshire drinking fountains

Prompted by recent news stories that raised concerns about drinking fountains in public schools and other public places, the village of Lincolnshire recently used an independent laboratory to test all village water fountains for lead and copper levels. The village reports that all drinking fountains were found to be in full compliance with the Environmental Protection Industry regulations. Anyone with questions about water quality is asked to call Terry Hawkins, the village's utilities superintendent, at (847) 913-2383
