SOUTH HOLLAND - Binswanger recently sold a 82,512 sq. ft. industrial building on 3.17 acres at 665 W. Armory Drive in South Holland.

The property was purchased by American Steel Metal Fabricators, Inc. for $1,225,000. American Steel Metal Fabricators, Inc. is a full service structural steel, miscellaneous metals and ornamental provider who is expanding to a larger facility.

Key features of the facility include 6-inch concrete floor; masonry walls; rubber roof; H-beam columns spaced 30-feet x 38 feet in the warehouse area and 33 feet x 30 feet in the production area; two drive-in doors and four interior doors with levelers. The property is conveniently in proximity to I-80 and I-294.
