Facebook Inc., up $1.66 to $125

Whole Foods Market Inc., down $3.03 to $30.61

The supermarket chain said a key sales measurement fell again as it struggles to distinguish itself from competitors.

Groupon Inc., up $1.09 to $4.87

The online daily deal service raised its forecasts after it reported a smaller loss and much better sales than analysts expected.

Boston Scientific Corp., up 68 cents to $24.34

The medical device company's sales were stronger than expected and raised its projections for the year.

NetSuite Inc., up $16.84 to $108.41

Software maker Oracle agreed to buy the cloud computing and business software company for $9.3 billion.

Molina Healthcare Inc., up $6.62 to $57.21

The health insurer said its business improved in the second quarter and it posted better-than-expected profit.
