Pesto and sun-dried tomato baked Brie

1 (19.6 ounce) wheel of Brie

½ cup pesto

2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts

2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes, diced

Fresh basil leaves

Assortment of crackers, sliced French bread, apples and grapes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put Brie in an ovenproof dish. Cover with sun dried tomatoes, pesto and toasted nuts. Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is soft. Remove cheese from oven and let sit for 10 minutes to set. Garnish with basil leaves.

Serve with crackers, French bread, apples or grapes.
