2016 race proceeds will benefit Misericordia, a home with support services for people with developmental disabilities, located at 6300 N. Ridge in Chicago.

Misericordia is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation providing help for those in need since 1921.

Our good friend, Alex Bronton (18), former resident of Lake Barrington Shores and a BMS- Station graduate, is currently living at the Misericordia complex. Alex is our inspiration for this 5k fundraiser.

WHAT'S A CHILI DUMP?!?!?

Every year in the Chili Dump Run runners, volunteers and restaurants bring a pot of their favorite chili recipe and it's all dumped together into a much larger pot to blend the flavors- the result is always some unusual but fabulous tasting chili!

If you are able to stay longer after the race - please join us and bring some of your own fav chili and/or a dish to pass for the Chili Dump & auction after the race. It's always a fun time - come and get to know your fellow runners and people you may not know!
