Grain mixed, livestock lower

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mostly lower Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Sept. delivery was 4.30 cents a bale higher at $4.1440 a bushel; Sept. corn was 3.80 cents lower at $3.2960 bushel; Sept. oats was .80 cent higher at $2.0640 a bushel; while August soybeans fell 3.68 cents to $9.9120 a bushel.

Beef and pork prices were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle was .23 cent lower at $1.0865 a pound; August feeder cattle was 1.52 cents lower at $1.3598 pound; August lean hogs was off 1.53 cent to $.7405 a pound.
