Rabine Group wins 'Best and Brightest Companies' award

SCHAUMBURG - Rabine Group, a leading local and national provider of commercial paving, roofing, and snow removal, has been recognized as one of the 2016 "Chicago's Best and Brightest Companies to Work For" by the National Association for Business Resources.

The award program provides the business community with the opportunity to gain recognition, showcase best practices, and demonstrate why they are an ideal place for employees to work.

"Companies that recognize that their employees are the key to their success achieve staying power. Our 2016 winners create their human resource standards to ensure employee satisfaction and they set standards for every business to aspire toward," said Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO of MBPA.

The annual award is pursued by more than 900 small, medium and large companies throughout the Chicagoland area. To determine winners, an independent research firm evaluated entries based upon key measures including compensation and benefits, engagement and retention, employee development, communication, diversity and more. Employees are surveyed to benchmark areas of challenge, as well as growth and improvement.

"Our staff works hard to perform on a world class level, internally and externally. We are proud and excited to receive this honor," says Amy St. Clair, vice president of people at Rabine Group.

Employee Dee Kennedy reflects, "Rabine supports our team personally and professionally. They deeply care about people, which makes us care more about each other. It truly is a great place to work."
