NEW YORK (AP) - Stocks that moved substantially or traded heavily on Wednesday:

Microsoft Corp. (MSFT), up $2.82 to $55.91

The technology giant reported strong quarterly results for several divisions including its Azure cloud computing business.

United Continental Holdings Inc. (UAL), up 45 cents to $48.30

The airline's profit fell as prices decreased, but it said it plans to trim capacity and buy back stock.

Intuitive Surgical Corp. (ISRG), up $31.15 to $703.05

The robotic surgery system company reported a larger profit and better revenue than analysts expected.

Cintas Corp. (CTAS), up $9.43 to $106.85

The uniform rental company reported results that were better than expected and it gave a strong forecast for the year.

Progenics Pharmaceuticals Inc. (PGNX), up $1.20 to $6.14

Regulators approved a once-a-day tablet version of Relistor, a constipation drug Progenics developed with Valeant Pharmaceuticals.

Nucor Corp. (NUE), down $1.62 to $54.09

Metals companies slumped again Wednesday as metals prices fell.

Twenty-First Century Fox Inc. (FOXA), down 75 cents to $27.00

Reports continued to swirl about the fate of Roger Ailes, the chief executive of Fox News Channel.

NRG Energy Inc. (NRG), up 3 cents to $14.67

Utilities companies, which have climbed in 2016, traded lower on Wednesday.
