Author visiting Libertyville library
You can meet author Julie Halpern on Tuesday, July 19, at the Cook Park Library, 413 N. Milwaukee Ave., Libertyville. Halpert, whose books for young-adult readers include "Into the Wild Nerd Yonder," will appear at 7 p.m. Admission is free. To register, call (847) 362-2330 or go to webres.cooklib.org.
