McSwim Fundraiser for Itasca Dolphins

On Monday, June 13th, Itasca Dolphins held a fundraiser at the McDonald's in Itasca. The Dolphins' Night was a fun way to bring the coaches together and have the opportunity to have fun with the teams. And what a wonderful night the Dolphins had, as the restaurant was full of families supporting the team as well as waiting to see their coaches. Coaches had so much fun at this community event where they were able to interact with families and swimmers. Coach Dan, Coach Andrea and Coach Brianna all worked very hard. The Coaches jobs included, greeting guests, working the front counter, serving drinks, serving ice cream and selling delicious apple pies. Dolphin Coaches had it all covered, and the families enjoyed a great evening. The team plans to use the money raised to support the Itasca Dolphins Swim Team. Lots of swimmers, coaches, families and friends came out in their support. All the kids came to see their coaches work at the McDonald's in Itasca. Special thank-you goes to Denise Glennon, who organized the entire event. The Coaches' Night was courtesy of the Itasca McDonald's owner/operator, Jan Nelson.
