BAB Systems opens Big Apple Bagels in Michigan

DEERFIELD - BAB Systems, the franchising subsidiary of BAB, has opened its newest Big Apple Bagels at 22320 Ford Road in Dearborn Heights, Michigan.

The new Big Apple Bagels is unique within the national franchise chain, because it is the first store that offers Halal certified meats. The franchisee, local business owner Jamal Aoun, is excited to launch his newest venture and bring Big Apple Bagels to the Dearborn area.

"I picked Big Apple Bagels because of the outstanding quality of their fresh-from-scratch bagels and amazing muffins, and the availability of a menu offering with Halal products should be a welcome addition to the community," Aoun said,
