Gurnee in World's Largest Swimming Lesson
The Gurnee Park District will participate in the World's Largest Swimming Lesson effort. Officials said it'll be an opportunity for children to have a chance at making the Guinness World Records book. Set from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Friday, June 24, the event will provide a free swim lesson to kids to build awareness of knowing what to do in the water. It'll be at Hunt Club Park Aquatic Center, 900 N.
