Chicago

Free falling

The exhibit invites visitors to discover how artists re-imagined modernism and forged a new national artistic identity. 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and Friday through Sunday and 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday from June 5 to Sept. 18 at the Art Institute of Chicago, 111 S.
