2 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

Old Bay Spice

 

Olive oil

Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium or medium low heat. Rub grate, prior to heating, lightly with olive oil on paper towels. Place shrimp on wooden skewers or individually, directly on grill.

Cook 1½ to 2 minutes per shrimp, turning once or as needed.

Remove from grill, sprinkle with Old Bay spice just before serving.

Recommended accompaniments: corn on the cob and baked potatoes, which can be also be prepared on the grill.
