Churches to offer sports camp this summer
Union Congregational Church and Christ the King Church will be hosting Sports Camp 2016.
This camp is available for children, age 4 to 12.
For the 4- and 5-year-olds, they have "Team 45!" This group will focus on basic sports skills.
Offered for children, age 6 and 7, are soccer and cheerleading; and for children, age 8 to 12, they are offering basketball, soccer, cheerleading and volleyball.
The morning will feature sports instruction from Christian coaches, positive role models, daily Bible times, skits and fun!
Every camper will receive a camp T-shirt, collector's pin and daily take-home Bible studies.
The camp will be 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. June 27 to July 1 at Union Congregational Church, 405 W. State St., North Aurora.
The cost is $40 per camper, $35 for the second sibling, $30 for the third sibling and $25 for the fourth sibling.
