Indianapolis signs 2nd-round draft pick T.J. Green

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - The Indianapolis Colts said Monday that they have signed safety T.J. Green, their second-round draft pick.

Terms of the deal were not released, but players taken after the first round usually sign three-year deals, which comes with a fourth-year option.

Indianapolis has signed seven of its eight draft picks including its top two choices - center Ryan Kelly and Green.

The 6-foot-3, 205-pounder from Clemson was taken 57th overall in the draft. Green started all 15 games last season and finished third on the national runner-ups with 130 tackles. He started his college career as a receiver, but moved to safety following the 2013 season.
