Clint Black to perform in Schaumburg Aug. 19

Tickets are on sale for country music singer-songwriter Clint Black's concert on Friday, Aug. 19, at Schaumburg Boomers Stadium.

Black will take the stage at 9 p.m., with a yet to be named opening act performing at 7:30 p.m. Gates to the stadium will open at 6 p.m.

Reserved seats, outfield general admission and lawn seats are all available for $32.50. There also will be a $10 ticket available for children 12 and under applicable to all seating areas.

Black has had six platinum-selling albums and 13 of his singles have topped the country music charts. He was the Academy of Country Music's Male Vocalist of the Year in 1989 and won the same award from the Country Music Association in 1990.

Concert tickets are available for purchase online at boomersbaseball.com, by telephone at (847) 461-3695, or in person at the Boomers Stadium box office, 1999 S. Springinsguth Road in Schaumburg.
