  The leading lines of the buildings in Chicago inspired me to shoot from the Ant's perspective. The stark contrast between the darkness of the buildings and the overcast white sky made it a different way of seeing the world...in this case downtown Chicago. When you're out photographing the world remember to try different angles that will make you see things differently...it will inspire you also.   An unidentified man walks past an outdoor mural in downtown Elgin which appears to be the partial replica of an infamous photograph of the lynching of two black men in Indiana in 1930, minus the lynching part. The mural depicts a crowd of men and women virtually identical to the onlookers who in the 1930 photo gawked at the corpses of Thomas Shipp and Abraham Smith.
