Foreign Film Sundays features 'Alexandra' at Geneva library

Gather with friends to watch and discuss the Russian film "Alexandra" from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday, May 22, at the Geneva Public Library, 127 James St.

"Alexandra" is a 2007 film about the Second Chechen War, written and directed by Alexander Sokurov. It was nominated for the Palme d'Or at the 2007 Cannes Film Festival. Foreign Film Sundays are co-sponsored by Geneva's International Cultural Exchange Committee and the library.
