Left threatens a tyranny of the minority

For years, the LGBT community has argued for social tolerance of those who are different and achieved a broad consensus. But far from just seeking tolerance, they demanded total acceptance and achieved a radical redefinition of traditional marriage via the courts.

Now things have gone even further.

Who would have imagined that only a short time later the federal government would sue states and threaten to withhold funding for education if boys are not allowed access to girls' locker rooms?

By arguing for tolerance but demanding total acceptance, the left has demonstrated their absolute intolerance for the right to privacy of others.

And anyone who has started down a slippery slope knows you always slip lower; you never slip back uphill.

What is amazing is how fast and far they have dragged society down this slope. How long before churches are threatened with losing their tax-exempt status if they do not actively celebrate the left's agenda?

We face a tyranny of the minority over the objections of the majority.
