Is Paylocity to leaving Arlington Heights?
Arlington Heights-based Paylocity Holding might be moving to the Schaumburg tower that Zurich North America is about to leave, according to a report Thursday by Crain's Chicago Business.
Paylocity is in advanced negotiations to lease more than 200,000 square feet and possibly as much as 300,000 square feet in the tower, Crain's reported. Zurich plans to move into a new Schaumburg headquarters near Motorola Solutions later this year.
CBRE Vice Chairman Todd Lippman, who reportedly is representing Paylocity, declined to confirm the potential deal and Paylocity did not immediately return a phone call.
The company provides payroll and human resources management tools.
