Toto, Prince tribute among new shows at Arcada

The rock band Toto and The Purple Xperience, a tribute to Prince, are two of the newest shows added to the summer calendar at the Arcada Theatre in St. Charles.

New shows include:

• A Salute to the 2016 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees with Knee Deep In Purple, a Deep Purple tribute band; The Dream Police, a Cheap Trick tribute band, starring Tony Ocean; and the California Transit Authority, a Chicago tribute band, with Danny Seraphine, the original drummer for Chicago, and Bill Champlin, a keyboardist and vocalist with Chicago for more than 25 years. 8 p.m. Saturday, July 30. Tickets are $39-$79.

• The Purple Xperience, a tribute to Prince featuring former bandmate Matt "Doctor" Fink, at 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 5. Tickets are $39-$59.

• Toto at 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 13. Tickets are $69-$99.
