Cheny Furniture opens in Libertyville

LIBERTYVILLE - Cheny Furniture in Libertyville will hold a grand opening event for its new store at 5 p.m. Thursday, May 5, starting with a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Libertyville Mayor Terry Weppler.

Also, Cheny Furniture will donate $10,000 worth of furniture to Lamb's Farm, an organization in Libertyville that helps people with developmental disabilities lead productive, happy lives.

Cheny Furniture will also be holding a charity raffle to benefit the Libertyville Chapter of Feed My Starving Children, an organization that helps feed underprivileged children across the globe. Everyone who buys a raffle ticket will get an additional 50 percent discount on select items from Ashley Furniture and Coaster Furniture that are shown in the Cheny Furniture Showroom.
