Batavia

• Richard L. Garlick, 38, of the 1300 block of Georgetown Drive, Batavia, was charged with disorderly conduct at 4:43 p.m. Monday at My Tackle Box, 8 E. Wilson St., according to a police report.

• Po Po, of the 1200 block of East Wilson Street, Batavia, and Kwa H. Too, of the 1200 block of Victory Court, Aurora, were charged with possession of cannabis at 4:03 p.m. Saturday on the 1300 block of East Wilson Street, according to police.

• Rachel Pascoe, of the 0-99 block of South River Street, was charged with possession of cannabis at 9:57 a.m. Saturday on the 800 block of East Wilson Street, according to a police report.

• A leaf blower and a weed trimmer were stolen between 12:50 and 1:20 p.m. April 19 out of an unlocked trailer on the 100 block of Independence Drive.

• A cellphone was stolen out of an unlocked vehicle in the 1100 block of West Wilson Street, it was reported to police April 18.

• Between 12:15 and 9:45 a.m. April 17, seven mailboxes were damaged on Orion Road, Surry Road, Shabbona Trail and Blackhawk Drive.

• A train car was set on fire at the rear of Suncast Corp., 516 Kingsland Drive, around 7:15 p.m. April 16.

• Eric V. Rose, 26, of the 200 block of North Jefferson Street, Batavia, was charged with domestic battery at 8:25 p.m. April 16 at his home. At 9:22 p.m. he was charged with battery in a separate case on the 0-99 block of North Harrison Street, according to a police report.

• Tyrone L. Davis, 29, of the 1600 block of Marywood Avenue, Aurora, was charged April 10 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a sidewalk, reckless driving, transportation of alcohol, and possession of cannabis, at Clark Island Park, 400 S. River St., according to a police report.

• Carmen Godinez, 52, of the 900 block of South Bridge Drive in Aurora, was charged with retail theft at 12:15 p.m. April 10 at Target, 115 N. Randall Road, according to a police report.

• Two men were charged with street racing, at 10:19 p.m. April 9 on the 1100 block of Pierson Drive, according to a police report. Mario Alcantar-Garcia, 27, of the 2000 block of Charles Lane, Aurora, was charged with street racing, reckless driving, endangering the life or health of a child, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, speeding and failure to change his address on his driver's license. Juan Castellanos-Galvan, 24, of the 1800 block of Arlene Drive, Aurora, was charged with street racing, reckless driving and speeding.

• Two people were charged with retail theft at 2 p.m. April 8 at Wal-Mart, 801 N. Randall Road, accused of stealing $347 worth of video games, according to a police report. The accused are Kaileigh M. Jung-Herman, 22, of the 900 block of Lorlyn Circle, Batavia, and Michael R. Meszaros, 22, of the 200 block of East Spring Street, South Elgin.

Kane County

• Alec C. Brandon, 18, of the 1500 block of Mark Avenue, Elgin, was charged with felony manufacture/delivery of between 10 grams and 30 grams of marijuana, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:04 a.m. April 21 after authorities were called to the 41W400 block of Stonecrest Drive near Elgin, according to a sheriff's report. A caller told authorities a vehicle had been parked with its engine running for 30 minutes; deputies found Brandon asleep in the back seat, along with a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside. Deputies found two bags of marijuana weighing 23 grams, a portable scale and three glass pipes in the vehicle.

• Omar Contreras-Guerrero, 33, of the 700 block of Fourth Avenue, Aurora, was charged with DUI and reckless driving after a traffic stop at 1:18 a.m. April 21 on Binder Street near Aurora, according to a sheriff's report.

• Jacob C. McDonald, 27, of the 1300 block of Clybourne Street, Batavia, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding after a traffic stop at 1:46 p.m. April 18 near Randall Road and Main Street near Batavia, according to a sheriff's report.

Geneva

• Beck D. Nebergall, 19, of the 1200 block of Keim Court, Geneva, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:29 p.m. April 17 on the 800 block of Lewis Road, according to a police report.

• Derrick A. Graves, 33, of the 1000 block of Alameda Drive, Aurora, was charged with public intoxication and interfering with a police officer at 1:03 a.m. April 10 on the 200 block of Maple Lane, according to a police report.

• Cody S. MacPherson, 32, of the 4N700 block of Sheffield Lane, St. Charles, was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving on a suspended license at 5:08 p.m. April 13 on the 2000 block of Kirk Road, according to a police report.

• Adam J. Weis, 37, of the 4500 block of South English Settlement Avenue in Burlington, Wis., was charged with unlawful carrying of a firearm at 12:07 a.m. April 14 in the 200 block of West State Street. According to police, Weis was making a left turn on to State when he failed to yield, almost hitting a police car. When police stopped him, they found an unloaded 22-caliber rifle in the back seat, and .22-caliber ammunition in the center console of the vehicle. Weis was also charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, and failure to stop or yield at an intersection.
