Maine Township Agency Day signup deadline approaching

Maine Township's 33rd annual Agency Day begins at 8:30 a.m. Friday, May 6, at Manzo's Banquets, 1571 S. Elmhurst Road, Des Plaines. The day begins with breakfast and concludes with luncheon and networking. The registration deadline is Friday, April 25, at www.mainetownship.com/agencyday. The day will feature Breaking the Barriers to Success, a workshop presented by national speaker and trainer, Mike Patterson, president of On Track Leadership Inc.

Tickets for the event, which is sponsored by Chicago Behavioral Hospital and Des Plaines Community Foundation, are $20 and it is open to employees from all organizations, including social service agencies, nonprofits, schools and hospitals. Ten agencies will briefly share their mission and services and everyone is encouraged to bring brochures, fliers and business cards to display on information tables.
