Fine Line's Kavanagh Gallery presents 'Diverse Expression IV' opening reception

The Fine Line Creative Arts Center in St. Charles will have an incredibly diverse and talented faculty covering a wide range of mediums - everything from fabric and surface design, to woodcarving, blacksmithing, and ceramic sculpture.

Because it is such a comprehensive exhibition, "Diverse Expression" is produced in alternating years and features work created exclusively by Fine Line faculty.

Artwork includes paintings, drawings, glasswork, jewelry, ceramics, a wide variety of textiles and more.

The opening reception and artist meet-and-greet will be 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, May 6.

The exhibition runs through Saturday, June 4. Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and the center is closed Sunday.

The event is free and open to the public, and light refreshments will be served. Visit fineline.org.
