Kentucky Derby-themed fundraiser will benefit Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital
The Friends of Share at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital will host a Kentucky Derby benefit on Saturday, May 7, at Parkers' Restaurant, 1000 31st Street, Downers Grove.
The event, which will be held from 3 to 6 p.m., will feature a jazz trio, southern fare, mint juleps, raffles and a silent auction. Attendees are encouraged to dress in derby attire.
Proceeds will benefit the Share program that offers counseling and emotional support to families experiencing grief, loss and challenges during and after pregnancy.
