Baseball: Wagner throws no-hitter for Aurora Christian
Drew Wagner struck out 11 and walked none in throwing a no-hitter Monday as Aurora Christian defeated Harvest Christian 10-0 in five innings in a Northeastern Athletic Conference baseball game in Aurora.
The Eagles (10-3-1, 7-0) committed an error in the game, preventing Wagner from achieving a perfect game.
Wagner also had 2 hits and an RBI, while Tanner Dissell (2 hits), RD Lutze (3 RBI) and Jacob Daley (2 RBI) also contributed to the AC offense.
Dominik Olech suffered the loss on the mound for Harvest Christian (8-8, 3-5).
